I have been working out since I was young and I´am now 38, during this period of 20 years I have read and listened and tried out a lot of different things in the gym. What I have learned is that the best way to workout, is the way that suits you, yeah you heard it, they way that suits you is the best workout for you. But what is that? That is for you to find out. In this article I want to inspire people to workout and to give you 3 different workouts that I alternate between. You will only train 3 times a week.
